McQuown claims to be sleeping in this tent to embrace the feeling of homelessness and to honor homeless veterans. A question for you Mr. McQuown - is Howard Johnson's an open air hotel? How was your homeless experience while laying down in a warm bed at night? How was your homeless experience while having the convenience of internet while you were there or a hot meal in the morning? Please don't claim that the weather is too inclement to be outside. Homeless vets don't get to pick and choose the environmental conditions they are forced to live in. So, why is it that you shacked up at a HoJo's for days on end?
